Orders:

Although we are usually able to post out your orders pretty much straight away, please don't let all hell break loose on us just because you haven't received your order within a couple of days of ordering. We have lives, we have hangovers, other ridiculous hobbies, and, we don't spend 24/7 in front of the computer screen.

Most orders will get free stuff chucked in, this is generally because we like you, definitely not because we want to de-clutter RA-HQ ;)
